V-Rock Festival 2009 Live Broadcast Setup Tutorial

V-Rock Fes is this weekend! Are you ready to stream?

Here's how to download and test your software. Before you begin, please be sure that you are using Internet Explorer 6 or higher. Any other brower(Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) is not supported. You may also want to check to make sure your Adobe Flash Player is updated

First, let's download the required software. You can find it here
The page should look something like this:

Click on the first button, which will prompt you to download the software. (The second button will only return you to V-Rock Fes.) Once your download is complete, you will need to open it to install the program. Mine began installation automatically; if you are prompted to install it, go ahead and allow the program.
The installation process is very short, so once it's complete, return to the V-Fes site. From there, click on the information tab at the top of the page. This will take you to a list of updates. The second update posted on the 20th is the link to the Live Broadcast page; it's right above the DaizyStripper interview.

Clicking this will bring you to a short, meaningless page. Click the indicated link to go to the special content page.

This page is also somewhat unnecessary. Here you'll find a list of interviews. Again, right above the DaizyStripper interview is a link that will take you now to the broadcast page.

Once this page opens, you'll probably be bombarded with messages asking if you would like to allow this program, or if you want to unblock it, or if you'd like to run ActiveX Control... just allow, unblock, and run anything it asks you to. Now the media player should appear!

If the video streams successfully, congratulations..! You're now ready to enjoy the V-Rock Festival. ~~Yay I said enjoy 389235 times~~

If not, you may want to double check that you meet the system requirements.

Reccomended System

OS: WindowsXP SP2, Windows Vista
CPU: Intel Celeron 1.2GHz or equivalent
Memory: 256MB or more
Browser: Internet Explorer 6 or higher

Software: Microsoft Windows Media Player 9 or higher

Connection: 1Mbps downstream bandwidth over broadband
Make sure your JavaScript and ActiveX control are enabled

I really want to see my mother tonight.

Crying doesn't make me feel any better. Crying doesn't change anything at all. But sometimes I just start for no reason, and I can't do anything about it.

Soon it will have been a year
And then two years
And then three...

And every now and then I'll want to see her and I won't be able to.

I used to have nightmares. She was there, but I knew it wasn't her. She would be exactly as she was, and I would scream and cry, because I knew it wasn't her, it was someone pretending to be her... And I would wake up in the middle of the night and just lay there. I wouldn't cry or anything... I would just lay there until I fell back asleep or until morning came. And then during the day I would be fine.

it's not something that constantly bothers me, but it hurts a lot when it does.

I wish it weren't so late.
I want to talk to someone.

Don't worry about me...
In a few hours I'll be just like I always am...

Ahh, I fell off. My horse knocked over the jump and I went flying and smashed into the second one, which hit a third one and brought that down too.
